It was only just slightly higher than what I had wanted to spend but he found the house that had 99% of my wants. He knew the area so well and got us into the best elementary school in the area. His team was so supportive and made the sale go very smoothly. I will always be grateful for him, I look at my house everyday and love it even more.

After meeting up for coffee to discuss the ideas I had for the house, he was able to run with that information and found me the perfect home. Joe is a pro. I found him via a website known for reviews. His were high, and that was important to me. I was an experienced home owner at 41, had very specific needs, a lot of options, and a high regard for customer relationships. Details can kill a deal when left unattended. Joe does not neglect the details. Joe does not neglect his clients. Joe is exactly what I needed. An often unappreciated aspect of a realtor's business are the people who he or she chooses to associate with. Joe has shown a propensity for choosing the right people. His showing agent was personable and exhibited the right amount of detachment (I don't want to be talked into a house.) She pointed out flaws in the properties, accurately described the architectural features, and was ready with research when I asked about them. When it was time to offer and close, Joe was never more than 2 or 3 minutes away from responding to my questions. This is an understandably critical piece in soothing a home buyer. Joe is a person I will always recommend, even to my best friends.
The Liu Group is the only way to get a job done. I've had a very difficult task for Hoe and his team. My wife and I fell in love with a home, but did not have my home remotely ready to be listed. The goal is to solidify our new home sale and have our home sold before needing to be making double payments. Joe had a plan, requiring to do everything our home needs to be "Ready to sell", and through guidance and attention, had our home ready to list. We went without an offer for a little while, but came through with a first offer over asking! Joe is great, but the collaboration of his team is what allowed the attention needed to make this happen.
